Our Costa Rica coffee is sourced from one of the most prominent wet mills in the country, the Beneficio San Diego. The Beneficio San Diego collects coffee from various regions among which is the Tres Rios region. The coffee from Tres Ríos is cultivated at altitudes ranging from 800 to 1,750 meters above sea level, taking advantage of the region's diverse microclimates. One of the defining features of Tres Ríos coffee is its bright acidity, often described as crisp and citrusy. This lively acidity is complemented by a medium to full body, creating a well-balanced and complex flavor profile.
